Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Chicha Cybersecurity ("the Service") is an AI-powered security operations platform provided by Chicha Technology LLC ("we", "us"). The Service includes two products: Network Security (monitors network-level events via a lightweight agent) and Device Security (monitors processes, file integrity, authentication events, and ransomware indicators on individual machines). Both products provide AI threat hunting and alert notifications through a web dashboard.

2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts for separate networks.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

AI features in this Service are powered by Condor Credits, provisioned through a CondorBox Membership purchased at condorbox.ai. Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and any money-back guarantees are governed by CondorBox's terms of service at condorbox.ai, not by this Service. To cancel your membership or request a refund, log in to your account at condorbox.ai. Network monitoring data collected during your active period is retained for 30 days after your membership lapses or is cancelled.

4. Billing and Membership

Access to AI-powered features requires a CondorBox Membership (available at condorbox.ai/credits). Membership billing, renewal, and payment processing are managed entirely by CondorBox at condorbox.ai — not by this Service and not through this dashboard. Membership pricing and available tiers are listed at condorbox.ai/credits and may change subject to CondorBox's policies. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time through your condorbox.ai account portal.

5. AI Query Credits

AI-powered features (natural-language threat hunting and alert triage) consume Condor Credits from your shared CondorBox wallet. Credits are allocated according to your CondorBox Membership tier; current allocations for each tier are listed at condorbox.ai/credits. When your credit balance reaches zero, AI features pause until your membership renews or you add more credits at condorbox.ai. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless your membership tier includes rollover. Automated rule-based alerts (threat-feed matching, anomaly detection, MITRE ATT&CK classification, rule-based detection) are not credit-gated and continue uninterrupted regardless of credit balance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful network security monitoring on networks you own or have authorization to monitor. You may not use the Service to:

• Monitor networks without authorization
• Conduct offensive security operations or attacks
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
• Reverse-engineer the AI models or security detection logic
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Data Ownership

You own your security event data. We process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is a security monitoring tool, not a guarantee of security. We are not liable for security incidents, data breaches, or damages that occur despite the Service's monitoring. The Service supplements but does not replace professional security practices, incident response procedures, or compliance requirements.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
