Chicha Cybersecurity ("the Service") is an AI-powered security operations platform provided by Chicha Technology LLC ("we", "us"). The Service includes two products: Network Security (monitors network-level events via a lightweight agent) and Endpoint Security (monitors processes, file integrity, authentication events, and ransomware indicators on individual machines). Both products provide AI threat hunting and alert notifications through a web dashboard.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts for separate networks.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Home plan features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using AI threat hunting and alert features. Network monitoring data collected during the trial is retained for 30 days after the trial ends.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on the Plans page. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI-powered queries (threat hunting and alert triage). Home: 1,000/month, Plus: 2,500/month, Business: 10,000/month. Unused queries do not roll over. Automated alerts (threat feed matching) are unlimited on all paid plans.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful network security monitoring on networks you own or have authorization to monitor. You may not use the Service to:
You own your security event data. We process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
The Service is a security monitoring tool, not a guarantee of security. We are not liable for security incidents, data breaches, or damages that occur despite the Service's monitoring. The Service supplements but does not replace professional security practices, incident response procedures, or compliance requirements.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
